How long does the order take to arrive?

Orders will be picked and packed each business day (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on a Public Holiday or over a weekend will be processed the following business day. Please take into consideration the effects COVID 19 has had on the postage and freight systems. We do our very best to have a quick turnaround for you to enjoy your gifts however unfortunately we cannot control the delivery process. If you have any problems with the freight, please get in touch with us through our contact us page.

How are Ngiilay Gift Boxes wrapped?

The products are wrapped securely within the box with paper shred and bubble wrap for those fragile items. The gift box is then packed into a separate postage box for extra protection for the journey to your place.

I haven’t received my parcel from Ngiilay Gift Boxes, what now?

Please get in touch with us through our contact us page or directly to our email address and we will look into this further for you and get back to you within 2 business days. info@ngiilaygiftboxes.com.au

Where do you deliver?

At this stage of our journey we are only shipping within Australia however this may change as the business grows.

Can I request a specific day for delivery?

We can do our best to try and arrange this, please contact us through our contact us page.

Can I return my product?

We do not provide refunds or exchange for change of mind – please see further details in the terms & conditions.

Can I choose what items go into a Ngiilay Gift Box or create my own box?

If you would like to change or add an item in the gift box, please contact us through our contact us page. Please note that you may not be able to or if so, this could lead to extra charges. As we have just launched the business, we are not doing tailored boxes however things may change in the future.
